12-26-10 — Tron Legacy

I bought two tickets to this movie to watch with my dad for his birthday. He loves Sci-Fi movies. It was funny because when he opened it, he asked, “Why are there two tickets?” I responded, “Because I’m going with you!” Who makes someone go alone to a movie or even buys someone one movie ticket for that matter?

I haven’t seen the original Tron, and this one is a sequel to that movie, but I think it was fine in the end. I’ve only seen Olivia Wilde on House, so it was interesting to see her in some other random role. She wasn’t too great of an actress in this movie, but then again, I think it’s difficult to be really great in these kinds of movie.

Overall, it was an OK movie. Not a waste of time, but not really that worthwhile either.

I should’ve bought my dad two tickets to the new Chronicles of Narnia instead.
